decent location, close to Central station, shops, restaurants, pubs etc. friendly and courteous staff.
very poor air circulation, not the kind of flat one would want to spend any length of time in (which is good if one doesn't want to stay inside in Glasgow), but definitely not a 4 star accommodation.
I loved the fact it was central, comfortable, spacious and amazingly great for money, really impressed. Will definately be going there again for trips away with friends as for the price it's great! Super douper lol!
Good location in City Centre. Comfortable with good space to move around in. Everything required for a short stay up to 2 -3 weeks..
No Sky TV. FreeView TV was very poor. Signal kept changing, Volume moving then disappearing.
This was sooooo much better than a hotel. We had two bed rooms two baths rooms a living room and a kitchen. what more could you ask for ay!?
The hotel owner asked for a £200 deposit just after we had paid £180 for the stay :S who carrys £200 with them in cash?? He did end up saying we could just leave an ID with him and it would be ok.
Third stay and will return. The girls had fun? Thanks to the very helpful handy man who jump started my car after I left the interior lights on over the weekend?
Hot-el-apartments in Glasgow Central was clean, comfortable and very friendly. Being in the centre of Glasgow made it very easy to get about Glasgow.
The ease of an apartment living especially with a young family.
Friends who were staying there also on my recommendation, as I have stayed before, had no power or electricity and no compensation was given.
Room was hot and no one at reception so had to phone to get in and just leave the keys behind the desk. There was also no dishwasher.
Spacious and comfortable
Looking closely at the details it's a bit faded. I haven't seen a hob like this one with thick iron rings since the 70'S.
Really central for numerous events
I felt really comfortable as if it was my house. The most important thing when it comes to hotel for me is the bathroom and I was quite happy while spending a night there because of its cleaness and comfort. I'd highly recommend it to any one coming to Glasgow also of its location, which is only a few minute walk to the Central station.
What I didn't quite like about it is the boiler in the shower, it makes loudsy noises when somebody is using it.
The facility of the apartment is quite new and modern. We had 2 bath rooms which was really convenient for a big family!
Could be quite noisy in the evening due to its location.
For a couple with a little boy it was great - having a seperate bedroom and living area sure beats sitting in the corner of a hotel room while our little one is trying to sleep. We'll never go back to hotel rooms. The appt was clean, and very comfortable - everything you needed was there and the staff were v friendly - thanks!!
Very clean and staff friendly.
The only down point was tha water was cold in the morning for showering. We informed the staff and they said they would look into it.
I liked the size of the apartments as you were not just couped up in one single room.
I could not get parking in the hotel's underground parking facilities and there for had to pay £12 for overnight parking in a public car park. Also the hotel asks you to check out for 10am.... Which is quite early if you have made plans for the previous night for going out in Glasgow city.
